Handmade Items

All items are handmade with care, which means small imperfections may occur. Minor variations make each item unique.

Processing Time

Please allow 5 business days for your items to be made before shipping or pickup. If customized with personal decals it could take a little longer.

Care Instructions

To keep your tumbler in the best condition:

• Hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Not dishwasher safe
• Not microwave safe
• Avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight
• Handle with care to prevent damage

Snow Globe Care

Snow globe tumblers contain liquid and glitter/sequins. While sealed securely, rough handling or dropping may cause leaks or damage.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you, so please double-check spelling, colors, and design requests before confirming your order.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of these products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once packages are shipped, I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Currently I only ship to the United States
