What's the best way to keep my Sippin' Sweethearts tumblers looking great and lasting a long time?
For optimal care and to preserve the integrity of your tumbler, always hand wash it. After washing, store it upside down to help protect the seal and prevent any moisture buildup.

Are there any things I should definitely not do with my tumblers to keep them in perfect condition?

To ensure your tumbler stays in excellent condition, please avoid using the dishwasher, as high heat can damage the design and materials. Do not use it in the microwave. Also, refrain from using abrasive materials when washing, as these can scratch the surface. Avoid hot liquids as these are made for cold liquids.

What are some questions customers often ask about how to take care of their tumblers?
Customers often ask about washing methods, whether tumblers are dishwasher safe, and how to prevent fading or damage to the custom designs. We always recommend hand washing and avoiding harsh chemicals.

Can I put my tumbler in the freezer?

We do not recommend placing your tumbler in the freezer, as extreme temperatures can can crack the tumbler and affect the integrity of the tumbler along with the appearance. 

How do I clean stubborn stains from my tumbler?

For stubborn stains, try a mixture of warm water and a mild dish soap. For tough spots, a soft brush can be used gently on the inside of the cup. Always rinse thoroughly.

Will the design fade over time with regular washing?

With proper hand washing and avoiding abrasive cleaners, your custom design should remain vibrant for a long time. 

Can I soak my tumbler?

No, we do not recommend soaking your tumbler as it can lead to fading, peeling of the design and damage to the seal

Can return my tumbler and get a refund?

No we do not accept refunds as these are personalized tumblers. Please be sure to double check your order prior to hitting submit
